Aidan Erickson-Mullane
President
Aidan is a senior from Natick, MA majoring in Finance while pursuing certificates in real estate and data analytics. This is his fourth semester in IREF where he will be serving as the President of the fund. Last summer he was a Secondaries Real Estate Intern with StepStone Group. Next summer, Aidan will join StepStone full time as a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst. Outside of real estate, he enjoys weightlifting, playing pickup sports with friends, and spending time with family.
Gillian Holt
Chairwoman
Gillian is a senior accounting major from Franklin, MA. She is currently serving as Chairwoman in her fifth semester in IREF. She is co-chair of the Real Estate Development Program by IREF. Last summer she interned at Marcus Partners, a commercial real estate private equity firm. This summer she interned at KPMG on their Deal Advisory Team in their Boston Office. In her free time, Gillian enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and traveling.
Noah George
Director
Noah is a junior finance major from Yarmouth, MA currently pursuing a real estate certificate. This is his fourth semester with IREF, where he is currently serving as Director. Last spring, he worked as a commercial real estate intern on Team AEW for Project Destined. This summer he will serve as a Financial Markets and Real Estate Intern for PwC in their Boston Office. In his free time, he loves weight lifting, skiing with friends, and traveling.
Kayla Thai
Portfolio Manager
Kayla is a junior finance major pursuing a real estate certificate from Westford, MA. This is her third semester with IREF, where she is currently serving as Portfolio Manager. Last summer she interned at Taurus Investment Holdings in their Boston office on their Multifamily Acquisitions team. Next summer, Kayla will join Citi Bank in their NYC HQ as an Investment Banking Real Estate Lending Intern. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting the city, and listening to music.
Alexis David
Principal
Alexis is a senior from Westwood, MA majoring in finance and pursuing certificates in real estate and data analytics. This is her fifth semester in IREF where she is currently serving as a Principal. Last year she interned as a Merchandising Intern for the TJX companies and last summer she interned as an Analyst at The RMR Group in their Newton Office. This summer, she will return full-time at RMR as an Analyst. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys running, traveling, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Vaughn Goldsmith
Principal
Vaughn is a senior finance major from Franklin, MA. This is his sixth semester in IREF and he is currently serving as a Principal after stepping down as Chairman. Last year, he worked as a Real Estate Data Intern for Avison Young. This past summer he worked as an Analyst intern for the RMR Group in their Newton office. Next summer, Vaughn will be working full time as a Commercial Real Estate Banking Analyst for Wells Fargo. In his spare time, Vaughn enjoys watching sports and cooking.
Niko King
Principal
Niko is a senior finance major with a minor in economics from Randolph, MA. This is his sixth semester in IREF and he is currently serving as a Principal after stepping down as President. This past summer he served as an intern at KKR & Co. Inc on their Real Estate Credit team in their New York office. Next summer, he will work full-time as a Debt Analyst at Bellwether in their LA office. In his free time, Niko enjoys snowboarding, photography and spending time with his friends.
Jake Bova
Principal
Jake is a senior from Sandwich, MA pursuing a degree in finance and certificates in real estate and data analytics. He is in his sixth semester in IREF where he is serving as a Principal. Last summer he interned at Beacon Capital Partners as an Acquisitions Analyst in their Boston office. Next summer, Jake will be working full-time as a Commercial Real Estate Banking Analyst for Wells Fargo. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching basketball, watching award-winning movies, and being with his family.
Natalie Rais
Semester Abroad
Natalie is a junior finance major with a minor in Business and Construction Technology from Waltham MA. She is currently in her fifth semester of IREF, and will be studying abroad. Last summer, Natalie served as a Real Estate Operations Intern for Torrington Properties in their Boston office, and in summer 2024 she will join Well Fargo's Real Estate Banking Team as an Analyst Intern in Charlotte. In her spare time she loves to travel, ski, and read or listen to a podcast.
Sofia Kofman
Associate
Sofia is a senior finance major from Westwood MA pursuing a certificate data analytics. She is currently in her fifth semester of IREF and serving as an Associate. Last summer she returned to Wellington Management as a Global Trading intern. Next summer, Sofia will be returning to work full-time as an InvesTech Business Management Associate at Wellington. In her free time she loves to weight train, play the piano, watch sports, and go to the beach.
Hailey Roche
Associate
Hailey is a senior finance major from Millis, MA. She is currently in her fourth semester of IREF serving as an Associate. Last summer, she interned with Newmark at their Boston office and worked with their Research and Medical/Educational Teams. This summer she interned at Beacon Capital Partners as Acquisitions Analyst in their Boston office. Next summer, Hailey will be working full time as a research analyst for Newmark in Boston. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, watching sports, and traveling.
Ryan Kirschner
Associate
Ryan is a sophomore from Needham, MA, majoring in Operations & Information Management and pursuing the Real Estate Certificate. This is his third semester with IREF, where he is currently serving as an Associate as well as President of the Real Estate Club. Last summer he worked at BioMed Realty in their Boston office, where he served as a Leasing Intern. Next summer, Ryan will join Walker & Dunlop in their Boston Office as a Capital Markets & Servicing Intern. In his free time he enjoys powerlifting, spending time with friends, playing basketball, and traveling.
Alex Breton
Associate
Alex is a sophomore management major from Natick, MA, currently in his third semester with IREF, where he serves as an associate. Last summer, he interned with Varsity Campus, a property management company focused on student housing. This summer, Alex will be working at Jones Street Investment Partners in Boston as an asset management intern. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
Julia Farrell
Semester Abroad
Julia is a junior marketing major from Northborough, MA. This is her fifth semester with IREF, and she will be studying aborad. Last summer, Julia interned with Greystar as a Property Management Intern in their Boston office. Next summer, Julia will join JLL Boston as a Capital Markets Intern. Outside of IREF, Julia is the marketing chair for Isenberg Global Citizens. In her free time she enjoys staying active and visiting the Jersey Shore.
Nicholas Julian
Analyst
Nicholas is a sophomore from Lynnfield, MA pursuing a degree in finance and a certificate in real estate. This is his third semester in IREF serving as an Analyst. Prior to joining IREF, he participated in IREF’s Real Estate Development Program in the fall of 2022. Last summer, Nicholas interned at J.L. Dunn as a Project Manager and Estimating Intern for properties throughout Boston. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys working out, playing hockey, listening to music, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Julia Zangrilli
Semester Abroad
Julia is a junior finance major considering a minor in psychology from Suffern, New York. She is currently in her fifth semester of IREF and will be studying abroad. Prior to her joining IREF, she participated in IREF's Women's Development Program in the fall of 2021. Last summer, Julia interned at ConnectOne Bank as a Construction Loan Administration intern in their New York office. Next summer, Julia will join JLL New York as a Capital Markets Intern. In her spare time she enjoys listening to music and going to the beach.
Tyler Henlotter
Analyst
Tyler Henlotter is a junior honors finance major and an analyst at IREF. Currently Tyler is working as a Financial Markets & Real Estate intern at PwC and this summer Tyler will be joining Biogen as a Global Real Estate intern. Tyler is interested to learn more about brokerage and prop-tech. Outside of school Tyler enjoys design, skiing, and woodworking.
Nico Piazza
Semester Abroad
Nico is a junior finance major pursuing a certification in real estate and considering a minor in construction technology. He is from Wilmington, MA and this will be his third semester in IREF where he will be studying abroad. Nico previously served as Vice President of the Real Estate Club. Prior to joining IREF, he participated in IREF’s Real Estate Development Program in the fall of 2022. Last summer, Nico worked as a Leasing Intern for the Bozzuto Group out of the Boston area. Next summer, Nico will join Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in DC as a Financial Analyst Intern. In his free time, Nico enjoys playing sports, cooking, music, and spending time with friends and family.
Isabel Donahoe
Analyst
Isabel is a junior marketing major pursuing a real estate certificate from Danvers, MA. This is her third semester with IREF, where she is currently serving as an Analyst. Prior to joining IREF, she participated in IREF’s Real Estate Development Program in the fall of 2022. Last summer, she worked at Charles River Laboratories in Boston where she served as a Global Real Estate Intern. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, cooking, and traveling.
Jeremy Strauss
Analyst
Jeremy is a sophomore from Southboro, Massachusetts, pursuing a finance degree as well as a real estate certificate. This is his second semester in IREF, where he serves as an Analyst. Jeremy is interested in the multifamily sector of real estate, and he hopes to pursue professional opportunities in this sector in the future. In his free time, Jeremy loves to play sports, watch tv shows, and hangout with friends and family.
Will Carr
Semester Abroad
Will is a junior from Wayland, MA pursuing a degree in finance and a certificate in real estate. He is in his third semester with IREF where he will be studying abroad. Last summer he worked for Middlesex Savings Bank as a bank teller. He is interested in capital markets, development and lending in commercial real estate. Next summer, Will will join Santander Bank in Boston as a Lending and Portfolio Management Intern. In his free time he enjoys playing hockey, going skiing, and motorcycling.
Saige Smith

Saige is a junior from Westfield, MA pursuing a degree in finance with a minor in economics and
a certificate in real estate. She’s in her second semester of IREF and will be studying abroad. Last summer she interned at Westfield Bank within their Risk Management Department. Next summer, Saige will join AEW in Boston as a Asset Management Intern. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer and basketball, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Meghan Maher
Junior Analyst
Meghan is a freshman finance major from Melrose, MA who is interested in a career in commercial real estate lending. She is currently in her first semester in IREF as a Junior Analyst and is on the young leadership board for Smart Women Securities. In her free time, Meghan enjoys playing pickleball, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
Rahul Nair
Junior Analyst
Rahul is a freshman from Westborough, MA pursuing a degree in finance and certificates in real estate and data analytics. This is his first semester in IREF, where he serves as a Junior Analyst. Rahul is interested in Proptech and lending in commercial real estate, and hopes to pursue professional opportunities in them in the future. In his free time, Rahul loves watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Dom is a sophomore from Mansfield, Massachusetts, pursuing a finance degree as well as a real estate certificate. This is his first year in IREF, where he is serving as a junior analyst. He is interested in the banking sector of real estate, where he hopes to pursue opportunities in the future. In his free time, Dom enjoys sports, movies, and quality time with friends and family.
Justin Dinowitz
Junior Analyst
Justin is a freshman pursuing a dual degree in mathematics and finance from West Hartford, CT. This is his first semester with IREF, where he serves as a Junior Analyst. Last summer, he worked as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium. This summer, he will work as a Brokerage Intern at Kassin Sabbagh Realty in New York City. In his free time, he loves ping pong, weightlifting, coding, and the New York Mets.
Andrew Slaney

Andrew is a sophomore from Mansfield, MA, pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Business and Construction Technology, along with a certificate in Real Estate.
